Alabaster is a translucent type of stone. Each object is slightly different due to the formation of the stone and the pattern. The bowl can be used in the bathroom for storing small items but also as a fruit bowl. Not suitable for hot preparations. Not dishwasher safe and cannot be used in oven or microwave.
