Shipping Policy

All items on our website are delivered by bpost. The shipping costs per shipment are:

• Belgium: 7,00 EUR, free for all orders in the region of the showroom (postal codes 2530, 2540, 2547, 2550, 2570, 2610, 2630, 2640, 2650, 2840) and for orders with a value higher than 85 EUR
• The Netherlands: 8,00 EUR, free for orders with a value higher than 85 EUR
• France, Luxemburg and Germany: 12,00 EUR
• Italy: 25,00 EUR
• Spain, Portugal, Greece, Sweden, Denmark: 30,00 EUR

For all other countries in the EU shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The shipping costs can be estimated in the shopping cart.

Delivery time for in-stock products is 2 to 3 business days. We always try to respect our deadline but it is not binding.

In advance notice
The day before delivery, bpost will inform you of the exact delivery time via text message or e-mail.

With the Track and Trace code, you always know exactly where your package is.
