Shipping Policy

All items on our website are delivered by bpost. The shipping costs per shipment are:

  • Belgium: 7,50 EUR, free for orders with a value higher than 100 EUR
  • The Netherlands: 9,00 EUR, free for orders with a value higher than 100 EUR


Delivery time for in-stock products is 2 to 5 business days. We always try to respect our deadline but it is not binding.

In advance notice
The day before delivery, bpost will inform you of the exact delivery time via text message or e-mail.

Track and trace
With the Track and Trace code, you always know exactly where your package is.
