Refund policy

At Babù Antwerp, we want you to be extremely satisfied every time you shop with us. Unfortunately, it may happen that you want to return the products you purchased.

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@babuantwerp.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You can also return the item to our showroom yourself. Items that are returned to us or returned by yourself without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that the cost and responsibility of the return shipment are for you. We advise you to make use of a Track & Trace code for returns, as you cannot hold us liable if a parcel is lost. Babù Antwerp would like to receive the Track & Trace code of the returned parcel so that it can track the return.

Damage and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
