Papier-mâché is a natural material composed of paper pulp and glue. It is surprisingly versatile and strong. Although the material is coated with a protective layer, papier-mâché remains sensitive to water. Do not pour liquid into a papier-mâché vase. Dried branches won't hurt. If you want to put live flowers in a vase, put a waterproof container in it first. We also recommend regularly dusting the papier-mâché with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid excess moisture, as this will cause damage.
